Do you mean for this to be in the "authority" section of the URI?
that would probably look something like geo://wgs84/?12.34,56.78
Note that this uses the "registered name" authority production,
and it treats the lat/long as query elements. You'd probably really
want to include lat=, long=, and alt= to make that work really
well.
