I've just uploaded -03 of draft-thomson-geopriv-uncertainty. This version is a minor refresh update. The only change is the removal of normative text (and the 2119 reference).

I'd encourage regular participants to read this. Terminology has been a cause of problems in this WG, and one of the goals of this document is to remove any possible confusion. It also serves as a guide to implementers on how to manage uncertainty.
I hope to have time to present on this draft at Stockholm.
