To be fair, I'm relatively new here ('75 will be my sixth IETF) and I'm still suffering from acronym overload :(
My answer wasn't intended to be restrictive, but it is the case I'm most familiar with because it's the one we need for VoIP ES location in the UK. We don't have LbyR URIs, we just have a URI that points to a HELD server and then we send the appropriate identity extensions. We get back a PIDF-LO.
