[Geopriv] Announcements

I've just uploaded a new version of HELD-deref, including the updates that I made at the last meeting and forgot to upload. This finally removes the held: URI from the document.

I have also been working on getting GNSS assistance data to devices. I have defined a general framework and set of assistance data for GPS. The first document describes the problem in some detail.

At this stage, there are probably a few rough edges. I'd be interested in getting general feedback.
