A couple of comments in general

firstly, there are more than 5 authors listed, which is not
acceptable to the RFC-Editor any longer.

err, this is yet another definition change in the grand scheme of Geopriv...

so, a LIS is an LCP server, and what is the destination of
subscriptions for dereferences - but only by the target itself, not
dereferences by other entities?

hmmm

This is confusing at best, and at worst - others outside of this WG
will not understand this arch at all because of this.
