I just did a quick read of Geodetic-Civic Address Translation Protocol. I
will read more closely later.
In any case, I would strongly encourage you to use industry agreed on
terminology for the transformation operations you are describing:
geocoding and reverse geocoding. These terms are well defined
(consistently) in a variety of standards documents from the OGC, ISO, and
OMA. The change is quite simple to your document:
Reverse Geocoding: Geodetic-Civic
Geocoding: Civic to Geodetic
