document contains tons of changes based on the feedback received
before and during the last meeting. A few things to look out for:
* We got rid of the notion of LR as "ultimate" recipient. Now LR
describes any entity that receives location.
* The protocol labels are gone.
* Location configuration is called out explicitly. LIS is defined as a
special case of LG that only provides a Target with its own location.
* Section 4 is probably going to come out or get significantly re-
worked in an upcoming version.
* We're still working on adding a section that discusses discrepancies
and/or missing terminology between geopriv-arch and 3693 (it's not in
this version).

> Location-based services (such as navigation applications, emergency
> services, management of equipment in the field) need geographic
> location information about Internet hosts, their users, and other
> related entities. These applications need to securely gather and
> transfer location information for location services, and at the same
> time protect the privacy of the individuals involved. This document
> describes an architecture for privacy-preserving location-based
> services in the Internet, focusing on authorization, security, and
> privacy requirements for the data formats and protocols used by these
> services.
