Re: [Ecrit] FW: [Geopriv] Winterbottom-ecrit-direct considered

SIP outbound (RFC 5626 now) works while the dialog for the call is open without a registration. However, to take advantage of an existing flow, the subsequent call back needs a session. A registration seemed the easiest way to ensure that this flow is maintained.
