[Geopriv] DHC review of draft-ietf-geopriv-dhcp-lbyr-uri-option

There is some discussion of draft-ietf-geopriv-dhcp-lbyr-uri-option occurring over on the DHC WG mailing list -- see http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/dhcwg/current/msg11958.html. It pertains to why the validity period of the location URI is not the same as the DHCP lease timeframe. Those that recall discussing this topic in Geopriv around 2007-8 (and anyone with an opinion) are encouraged to contribute to the DHC list discussion.
