[Geopriv] PIDF-LO visualizer displays dynamic and relative locations

The following page is able to display the contents of a PIDF-LO:

<http://held-location.sourceforge.net/held_js/pidflo.html>

This supports:
- geodetic shapes (RFC 5491)
- civic addresses (RFC 5139), with limited geocoding
- dynamic locations with speed and orientation marked with lines
- relative locations, overlaid onto a map image

Support for relative locations is very much "pre-specification", but I'll update it as consensus evolves.

Problems that I'm unwilling to invest time to fix:

- Internet Explorer doesn't work. It remains the least interoperable browser by far.
- UI is getting a little cumbersome. PIDF-LO entry is tricky and the textual summary is clunky. Displaying multiple forms of location information gets crowded on the map.
