Re: [Geopriv] I-D Action: draft-ietf-geopriv-policy-uri-04.txt

This draft makes two corrections:

1. Changes the intended status to "Proposed Standard" in order to line up with the current milestone:
Jun 2011 - Submit a policy control mechanism for location configuration as Proposed Standard

2. Fixes two residual Gen-ART comments that were missed in -03
