ah -- but this is something I don't see in the XML schema, but I may
have missed it.
Can you verify that the text says that it is possible to have
multiple <changes> filters.
This could be a short paragraph saying something like:
In times where you want to know if individual CAtypes change,
put them into separate <changes> filters to ensure you are
notified when any of the element values change.
